Hi, I'm Kim
I am a fitness professional, holistic wellness consultant, and integrative nutritional health coach. My journey has been anything but ordinary — shaped by my own health struggles and by the legacy of my father, who inspired me to live fully and serve others through wellness.
I began with a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi and worked for years as a personal trainer before entering the surgical and pharmaceutical industries. Even in sales, my passion for wellness was always present — you would find me doing wall sits in waiting rooms or giving fitness advice instead of handing out doughnuts.
Yet my path was not without challenges. I battled endometriosis for years, endured difficult treatments, and felt the weight of conflicting medical advice. A providential encounter with a naturopathic physician led me to functional medicine, which transformed my health and showed me the power of addressing root causes.
The biggest turning point came when my father, Tommy Monsour, passed away. He was my hero, my hardest coach, and my greatest supporter. A former lineman at Ole Miss, he embodied strength, discipline, and heart. When he died at 67, after years of health struggles, my life shifted forever. His passing marked a before and after in my journey. It was then I knew I could no longer ignore my calling. His spirit pushed me to return to my roots in fitness, this time with a holistic and preventative approach that honors both science and lived experience.
Today I combine education, experience, and empathy. Clients say I am not just a trainer but a partner — someone who motivates, educates, and walks beside them. My father always told me: “Do something you’re great at, be a blessing to others, and thrive.” That is the compass I live by each day in my work.
