I’m a fitness professional and wellness coach whose journey has been shaped by both personal challenges and the legacy of my parents who taught me to live fully by my passion to fitness and serving others.

I studied Exercise Science and worked in both fitness and healthcare, where I saw firsthand the importance of pairing knowledge with compassion. Those experiences shaped how I guide people toward lasting wellness.
